Player Profile - Nic Trimmer

Started coaching: October 2018 (Age 11)

Handicap: 13

Nic starting coaching, along with his brother Ben, after we met at an event at Wentworth. Both of whom were accomplished golfers from Worthing G.C. Nic’s starting handicap when he started coaching was 15.

Nic was playing with a fade but was keen to hit a draw as he was looking to get more distance. We managed to achieve this by implementing some changes to his movement pattern. The addition of some new custom fitted clubs also help with gaining a few more yards.

Interestingly both have different personalities, learning styles & motivations. The coaching delivery, practice plans & communications were therefore tailored accordingly.
