Golf Psychology

Having a great swing, good technique and physical ability is essential if you are going to compete in golf. But it’s only part of the journey to becoming the best golfer you can be. Approaching each and every shot with the right mindset is crucial if a student is going to progress. That’s why we factor it in as a crucial part of our training programmes.

Training and improving in the psychological aspect of the game isn’t simple. It will take work from both the coach and the student. In fact, it is one the most neglected facets of the game when it comes to golf coaching. Which is odd, considering how important it is.

Golf Psychology Coaching

We start with a video training series designed by one of the best experts in the business. This course will help players to build a good foundation in their mental approach to the game. But, of course, there is more to it that this. Throughout our coaching, we work and guide our players to help them develop the right mindset. This helps them to cope with competition pressure, the learning curve, self-belief, practice planning, shot routines and much more.

Each player is different though, and each will learn at their own pace. As their coach, we will evaluate their progress in all areas of the game. And should we feel that they need additional coaching or specialist coaching in this area, then it can be arranged.
