Golf Coaching
Students at the Junior Players Academy will receive professional coaching in all aspects of the game. Because all our players are different, we won’t simply follow a coaching routine. Once a player is accepted, we will constantly analyse each player to work out their strengths and their weaknesses. From this, we can work out a golf coaching programme that is tailored to each individual. Each players coaching will be designed to strengthen the weaker areas of their game and enhance their strengths.

Technical proficiency is, of course, very important for successful golfers. That is why we use the latest technology to analyse and correct a player’s swing to gain maximum efficiency. But there is a lot more to the game of golf than simply having a good swing. Putting and chipping are crucial in golf, so we ensure that players are proficient in the short game too. But beyond technical coaching, we make sure that our students learn club selection, course management and strategy.
Having the right mindset is incredibly important if our students want to progress in the game of golf. So, we offer coaching and resources to help them with this aspect of the game. We build our students not just a technical, but a mental foundation for them to build on. Our aim is to produce well-rounded golfers, whose progress in the game of golf is only limited by their ambition.

Our Selection Process
For our coaching to be successful, the relationship between the player and the coach is crucial. Which is why acceptance into the academy is not open to everyone. We have to ensure that players will get the most out of their time at the academy. Which is why we only take on three new students each year. This allows us to maintain the top level of coaching that you can expect as a student at the academy. Applicants for the academy need to demonstrate a basic technical proficiency and a desire to progress in the game.
