Mark Haines - Head Golf Coach
Mark is a full-time golf coach with over 14 years’ experience in coaching players of all ages and ability. However, he has a proven track record of developing junior golfers. In his time teaching golf, he has coached students from ‘beginner’ level to national and US college level.
Mark is incredibly passionate, committed and loves working with young developing golfers. Mark takes enormous pride in getting results from the coaching services that he provides. He has dedicated his entire working life to helping golfers improve their game. But more importantly, he helps his students to get more enjoyment from playing golf.

GEGAS Certified
Mark is certified by the Gary Edwin Golf Accreditation System (GEGAS). To become certified, all coaches must successfully complete the unique accreditation course. This accreditation gives them the platform from which they can continually learn, monitor and continually improve their coaching. Being GEGAS certified means that you can be certain that you will receive the highest level of golf coaching.
Mind Factor Coach
Set up by renowned coach Karl Morris, Mind Factor Coaches focusses on the role of the mind in professional sport. Mind Factor coaching consistently helps players to achieve success, not just in golf, but in all sports. As a certified Mind Factor coach, Mark puts great emphasis on developing his student’s mindset to improve their game.
PDS Performance Coach
Mark is a certified PDS Performance Coach. This means that he has been well trained in offering a globally recognised coaching and mentoring system. This coaching system looks deep into sports coaching and looks to improve performance, engagement and learning.
Continuous Development
Aside from his certified coaching, Mark has attended many seminars and workshops. These cover golf fitness, club fitting, various swing theories and many more (there are too many to list). He keeps his finger on the pulse of sports coaching and is always keen to adopt new coaching technology. His coaching programmes will make full use of the coaching resources available to students. These might include video footage, 3D motion capture and launch monitor technology to name but a few.
