The Junior Players Programme is a perfect fit for young golfers looking to take their game to the next level. Our junior golf coaching is aimed at players of all backgrounds between the ages of 8 and 18 with a desire to progress. We are looking for promising players who demonstrate a strong desire to improve their golf. Some of our students even have realistic ambitions of achieving an overseas scholarship or pursuing a career in the game.
As a parent you can have peace of mind that your child is receiving the highest level of coaching. They will have access to the support and resources required to progress as far as they desire in the game.

If your child is ready to take the next steps towards reaching their full potential, then we can help. Our aim is to develop golfers who are looking to progress to the higher levels of the sport.
Our golf coaching programme has shown proven success in recent years. We have taken junior golfers from novice level all the way to achieving scholarships in the United States.
Academy Application Criteria
The Junior Players Programme is not available to everyone. The player / coach relationship is very important to us and is at the foundation of golfing success. Which is why academy applications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We need to be sure that both player and coach are a good fit. Players will also need to demonstrate the necessary commitment & mindset required for a place will offered.
To ensure that we offer our students the best chance of success, we only accepting 3 juniors per year. This ensures that for those on the programme, we will go ‘above and beyond’ to offer the best possible coaching. The levels of service & support that we can provide offers players the best chance of reaching their full potential.
Player Development
Each student will receive a programme that is tailored to their specific commitment, goals & needs. It will deliver a structured pathway of improvement that will support them, regardless of the level they wish to achieve.
Our goal for the Junior Players Golf Academy is to develop a small group of amazing young players. And we can only do this by offering the highest quality coaching and training.
After launching the coaching programme in 2014, we already have seen huge improvements with our young players.
The Application Process
The Junior Player Golf Academy assessment involves a visit to the academy in Bexley. Here, the potential player will receive a tailored technical, physical and mental assessment by the coaching team. The purpose of the student assessment is to allow potential players an opportunity to experience learning in our academy programme. At the same time it allows both coach and player to check they are a suitable match for each other. The player-coach relationship is very important to us and is at the foundation of success at the golf academy.

- Launch monitor data
- Video movement pattern analysis
- Short game & putting assessment
